Dear Fr. Stan,
I have been a parishioner for 25 years. When I lived in Detroit I had two girlfriends, Theresa and Josephine and me were very close friends.
During Lent we would visit seven churches and the last Church would be St. Veronica. I knelt down in front of the main altar and asked Jesus what
a beautiful church St. Veronica is and maybe some day I would belong to this beautiful church. In 1983, I found a house in Eastpointe and I fell in love with my Jesus who heard my prayers.
I’m a shut-in now but still I pray for Fr. Stan and all the dear parishioners. I want to thank Jesus and our Dear Blessed Mother for a wonderful pastor
and may Jesus bless you with good health, peace and love. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
Love and prayers,
Phyllis Messina
